📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our clients paid digital media acquisition and organic growth initiatives. This role, is a W2 contract position based in either Mountain View or San Diego, CA. This position requires the employee to be on site twice a week.

Responsibilities: Lead paid digital media efforts, including Sponsored Job Sites, SEM, etc.Ensure seamless candidate experience through acquisition and organic growth strategies.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize paid search campaigns for maximum efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Adapt quickly to evolving trends and industry landscapes.. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.Proficiency in web data analysis and search engine marketing techniques.Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills
