Job Description
Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the execution of AIR's sales process.
AIR Communities offers a unique opportunity for our Leasing Consultants to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended. You will keep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh & recharge during the holiday season! During your time off from late October/November through January, the opportunities are endless; take vacations, follow passions, spend time with loved ones, volunteer, take a seasonal holiday job! Then, come February, be ready to return and do it all again!

Responsibilities
Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.
Qualifications
1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).Familiar with goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.Exceptional customer service skills to address current/future resident needs.Reliable transportation.Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends.Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
