Maintenance Manager (Direct Hire)
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a company in Everett. In this role your task will be to oversee, direct and coordinate the work of the maintenance team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing repair-oriented projects, and fostering collaboration between maintenance and other departments. This is a Full-Time day shift direct hire opportunity.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 per year
Shift: Full-Time/ Day shift
Responsibilities: Supervising, directing, and coordinating maintenance work.Enforcing safety guidelines and promoting safe practices.Facilitating communication between maintenance and other departments.Managing repair projects and work order processes.Developing strategic improvement plans.Provide direction in the prioritization of planned work. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing.Strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of industrial components.Able to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Creative problem solving.Comfortable moving at a fast pace.
