Responsibilities
Ensure safe and professional nursing practice within established standards and HSL core competencies, maintaining accountability for assigned patients in a primary nursing model.Collaborate with the clinical support team, adhere to best practices, and implement evidence-based interventions for optimal patient outcomes.Document accurately in the electronic medical record, delegate/supervise clinical care, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement projects.
Qualifications
