Job Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsUtilize hand tools, grinders, wrenches, and other equipment for assemblyWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goalsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety protocols and proceduresDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving job requirements Requirements: Minimum 1 year of previous assembly experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical college education is helpfulPrevious experience in farm-related work is preferredAbility to stand, move, and bend as needed to perform job dutiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable and punctual with a positive attitudeAbility to follow directions and work well in a team environment Schedule and Compensation: Monday to Thursday: 5:00 am
