Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficientlyPerform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAssist with reconciliations of financial accountsCollaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payableProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferredExperience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
