The Liaison enhances communication and acts as a key resource between Giving Home Health Care and physician offices. Your communication skills, both written and oral, along with computer skills need to be strong.#PIQ ResponsibilitiesContact physician offices and demonstrating the highest level of customer service and respect to build a partnership with a physician that patients may be referred to.Learn program policies and procedures, billing processes, and other functions of Giving Home Health Care.Provide information and training to medical offices.Perform daily prospecting, rapport building, and conducting follow ups.
