Your Areas Of Responsibility
The Production Operator assists the Compounder in the production and packaging of specialty lubricants. The Production Operator must adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and envi-ronmental compliance.
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operat-ing procedures Locate material and supplies verifying lots and weights according to the manufacturing order Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory Must complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule Prepare finished goods for shipment by packing, labeling and loading on dock
Qualifications We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent Basic reading, writing and computer skills required Analytical & Mathematic skills Some heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) may be required or up to employees’ physical limitations Eight hours of walking/standing/sitting Pushing/Pulling/Moving of raw material containers and production equipment
