Apply today!Pay: $40/hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, overtime as needed for project completion deadlinesBenefits:Paid time offGenerous time off for holidaysResponsibilities:Create and maintain a construction schedule with project goals in mindGuarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are followed on construction sitesConsult regularly with property ownersEnsure all construction projects stay on schedule, remain within the budget, and are completed successfullyRead project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprintsCreate and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the crewOversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipmentDelegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members, contractors, and other workers according to priorities and plansEmphasize safe use of all tools and equipment and enforce the proper use of safety gear, like helmets and gogglesManage employees to ensure the project is kept on scheduleRequirements:Minimum 5 years experienceAdvanced knowledge of construction procedures and equipmentAbility to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and construction plansAbility to problem-solve and fix routine errorsIn-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practicesStrong managerial skillsPreferred qualifications:Experience in a supervisory or related roleProven leadership skillsAbility to drive projects to fruition on time and within budgetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Get in touch!
