📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our newer, state of the art, boutique dental practice is growing our team and in need of a dedicated, self-motivated RDH.
Mondays with potential for additional days if desired.
We operate a high quality private practice. We are looking for a hygienist who possesses the skills and desire to provide top quality care and who has the personality to win over patients. This person must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be very comfortable and competent in the following areas:
Laser CertifiedScaling and root planingProphylaxisAdministering local anestheticTaking BP and HH* Taking FMX, pano, and BWX (digital)Using an intraoral cameraUsing dental software and computers (our office is paperless)Breaking down and setting up operatories to OSHA standardsSterilization of instrumentsPlacement of fluoride varnishEducating patients about needed treatments and productsCare of new patients (including entering existing restorations, perio charting, and note taking)Scheduling recall appointments
We are a paperless office so we're seeking individuals who are comfortable using and fully embracing the use of modern technology including dental practice management software.
