Sales Associate- Inside Sales Producer (Direct Hire)

Inside Sales Producer for a company in Everett. In this role, you will engage in both in-person meetings and phone calls to assist customers with their property and casualty insurance needs. Your primary focus will be on generating results by identifying sales opportunities within our existing book of business. This is a Full-Time (Direct Hire) positions with a salary of $65,000 to 100,000 per year.

Shift: 8:30am

5:30pm

Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 per year

License: Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License

Responsibilities: Achieve sales goals by identifying opportunities within the book of business.Utilize agency policy review process during customer interactions.Conduct policy reviews with current customers.Proactively reach out to current, past, and quoted customers.Resolve underwriting and inspection issues as they arise.Assist with claims filing and handling.Provide excellent service to current customers.Manage pipeline using company-provided systems.Stay updated on new products and industry rules. Qualifications: Must possess a Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License.Availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.Self-driven individual with a desire to excel.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Previous industry experience is not required; comprehensive training provided.
