Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to residents and team members.Perform resident-requested repairs and services independently (e.g., HVAC troubleshooting, complex plumbing installations/repairs, electrical component troubleshooting/replacement, household appliance installations/repairs/replacements).Provide technical guidance and training to lower-level Service Technicians and support their technical skill development.May assist in vendor quality management.

Qualifications

1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environmentProficient in all trades OR expert in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)Positive attitude with a willingness to learnDesire to grow professionally.

As An AIR Service Technician, You'll Need

Reliable transportationFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks (as needed), and on-call shifts (at least one week per month) based on community needs and seasonalityPhysical capability to move heavy equipment and machineryProficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
