SummaryPer Sé Group is working with a leading commercial general contractor with nationwide projects looking to hire a Traveling Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate has experience on ground-up and/or commercial buildout construction projects in the luxury retail and/or restaurant space. This is a 100% traveling role.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure contract complianceAssume responsibility for productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the projectMonitor and ensure worker’s and all subcontractors’ safetyConduct effective and inclusive morning huddles with crews to coordinate daily and weekly activitiesConduct weekly safety meetings and all progress meetings as requiredDevelop project schedule, trade staffing, materials, tool, and equipment requirements with PM
Preferred Skills and Expertise 5+ years of commercial construction experienceLuxury retail and/or high-end restaurant construction experience required Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and supervisory skillsAbility to read, understand, and interpret blueprints
