Job Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations, as well as a proven track record of effectively managing a team of claims adjusters. The Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the claims department, ensuring that claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and state regulations.

$100,000 - $105,000/year+ Annual Bonus (based on experience)

Oversee up to 4 Adjusters handling and managing California workers compensation/indemnity claims for a dedicated self-insured account: Orange County Fire AuthorityWill help grow the team and new clients!Caseloads average around 120 per Adjuster
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a supervisor role3-5 years handling California Workers Compensation/Indemnity claimsMust have Labor Code 4850 experience (municipality claims)SIP requiredJurisdiction experience in CANeed to have litigation experienceNeed to have a great personality and willingness to learnNeed to have critical thinking skills
