Job Description
As the Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial auto and general liability claims process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of commercial insurance practices, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Oversee a team of 10 - 15 Adjusters and Administrative staff who handle commercial auto (city bus) and general liability claims for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA)Provide direction/guidance on claimsMedicare complianceEnsure performance standards are exceeded
Requirements
2-5 years of experience handling commercial auto/general liability claims2-5 years in a supervisor role overseeing AdjustersNeed to have Legal claims/litigation experienceNeed to have experience disciplining employeesNo license required, but any are a plus!TPA experience is required
