Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to negotiate with carrier underwriters for competitive rates.
Proficient in managing new and renewal submissions.
Previous experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
Familiarity with multiple carriers and rating systems.
Strong account management skills.
Requirements
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and sales.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to completing responsibilities.
Must possess a Property & Casualty License.
