📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Business Systems Analyst will help facilitate discussions with the technical teams to understand the current state and to help document the future state as the technology is implemented. This analyst must understand how to document process flows and be a strong facilitator in meetings to get to the objective.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSets up and facilitates all discussions with key stakeholders to develop understanding of current state and to develop the future state process flowsMakes collaborative effort within the team to resolve complex issues within the projectsParticipates in knowledge transfer of technology, implementation, and operations with various stakeholder groupsCreates and reviews project documentation deliverablesProvides a prominent level of knowledge of technology so that as process of operational support
Qualifications:Banking or financial services experience Credit Risk background preferred Jira or Confluence experience Facilitation strengthProcess focusedStrong experience with Excel, Visio, SharePoint
