My name is Lee, I’m a recruiter with The Judge Group. I am currently placing a qualified applicants in a Chief Transformation Officer position with a Global Fortune 100 Manufacturer. This person will report to the CEO of the company & reside in the Lexington KY areas. They are seeking candidates with experience managing a global portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role requires about 30% travel. A 100% paid for Full Relocation Assistance Package is provided! This role is focused on driving transformation through a defined growth process, not redefining company strategy or revamping a company approach. The role will lead a process to define growth levers to help maximize the potential of a multi-billion dollar enterprise.

This job will have the following responsibilities:Leads a cross-functional, cross-regional team to ideate, develop and execute a transformation program to unlock value, drive top and bottom-line growth, and amplify existing transformation and growth effortsHelps to oversee processes regarding reporting and execution of the transformation effortsLeads the reporting to corporate executives on a regular rhythm of progress and seeks support for resource investmentsServe as a key leader in learning best practices, drive synergies, and enable the transformation program’s successDevelops a process and effectively evaluates the financial performance of organization with regard to transformation program with a focus on managing investments and return vs. expectationUtilize the requisite systems and processes to support both corporate and business unit activities while partnering across the enterprise.Leads the initiative roadmap and aligns resources effectively to ensure sufficient resource investment as part of the total enterprise
Qualifications & Requirements:A Bachelors in business, marketing, finance or operations is required. An advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable.Possess a strong business acumen: Needs to be a “connecter” & understand the implications of decisions across the businessSeveral Years of Business Transformation Experience in a Regional / Global role - Experience Leading a Full Lean / TPM Transformation across a Multi Billion Dollar Global Enterprise DesiredTenure as a Senior Leader with broad end to end business operations, marketing and financial knowledge, preferably from a Consumer Goods Background .Ability to naturally influence operating executives and to function as a true partner. A “business-minded” senior leader who has the capability to go beyond the numbers in dissecting/analyzing business matters.Ability to Travel 30% or Slightly More
