📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Technical Support AnalystLocation: Lake Mary FL- HybridDuration: 6+ Months Contract to hire
Two shifts – 9am-5pm and 2pm-10pm shifts (couple of weeks on 1 shift and couple of weeks on other shift)
Responsibilities:• First point of contact for all initial email and ticket based requests• Ability to quickly assign work to appropriate teams• Capable of acting as an intermediary between Eagle’s Clients and technical teams in order to schedule work requests.• Shift-based work will require working on a regular rotation• Required to interact with business users and technical users both internally and externally.
Required Skills/Experience:1 One year or more of experience in a service desk related position with demonstrated success. We are willing to work with the right candidate who just graduated college2 Attention to detail, Can learn on the fly, Good under Pressure. Excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.3 Ability to follow complex sets of instructions, and excellent attention to detail.
