Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of diverse, high-end clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored accounting services, including taxes. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients from entrepreneurs, family offices, small businesses (corporations/ partnerships). Analyze financial data, identifying trends, outliers, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with clients to offer tax advice and strategic financial advice aimed at improving their business performance and growth. Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification required. Minimum of 1 year of recent Tax experience (individual, business, estate, trust, etc.). Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards. Proficiency in accounting software and technology tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
