Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Payroll and HRIS Specialist (UKG) to join our team. The Specialist is responsible for monitoring the payroll functionality and initiating model practices necessary to accomplish the Kendal System payroll processing objectives. This role also manages the enterprise wide HRIS operations including UKG Pro and other systems that are utilized by the HR and Payroll teams.

QualificationsPrevious experience in multi-state payroll administration and HRIS managementWorking knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) softwareFamiliarity with multi-state payroll laws and regulations (including California)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAnalytical ability to manipulate and understand dataExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent judgement and professionalism when managing confidential and sensitive informationEffective internal and external customer service focus in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutionsCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation through American Payroll AssociationBachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experienceProfessional certifications such as CPP or SHRM-CP (preferred)
