Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Front of House Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM) located in Lake Forest, IL. The Front of House Manager/AGM will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front of house, including ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, coordinating with the culinary team, and maintaining high standards of service. Position responsible for monthly liquor inventory and ordering. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of hospitality operations. For the right candidate, this is a pathway to become a General Manager.

QualificationsPrevious experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industryStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesKnowledge of food and beverage operationsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends and evenings as neededKnowledge of health and safety regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systemsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
