THE POSITIONBillable requirements: 1900In this role, candidates can expect to:• Manage discovery and document production.• Conduct legal research, drafting motions, preparing for and conducting depositions.• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.• Mentor and supervise junior associates and legal staff as needed.
Ideal candidate should possess the following:• JD from an accredited law school.• 4-6 years of experience within commercial litigation (contract disputes, IP disputes, securities, shareholder disputes, tort claims). Large firm experience preferred.• License to practice law in Washington.
COMPENSATION:Base compensation range: $200,000 -$240,000/year DOEThis role is fully benefitted.
