📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location: The Trap North Restaurant & Bar- Smithfield, Rhode IslandThe Martucci Group has an opening for a dynamic High Volume General Manager with a passion for hospitality. This candidate is responsible for all front-of-house functions including guest relations, proper restaurant ambiance, supervision of all FOH staff, and managing the daily operations of our restaurant. This GM position will be responsible for our flagship location with 2 unique restaurant venues under 1 roof. This General Manager will have 3 direct reports plus a cross-functional relationship with the Director of Culinary and Executive Chef.This is the perfect position for a high-potential GM candidate who is thinking about going into multi-unit leadership!What we are looking for:· General Manager in a high-volume upscale/polished casual restaurant at $6m+ for at least 4-5 years· Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service· Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution· Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression· Schedule consists of five 10 hour shifts.
