In This Role, You Will
Support the CEO: Manage their calendar, arrange travel, and anticipate their needs. Assist with Project Management of Affordable Housing Assist with Architectural plans Understand construction management and training Streamline daily operations: Run errands, manage logistics, and assist with administrative tasks. Boost efficiency and research savviness: Research information, analyze data, and prepare concise reports. Communicate effectively: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and dress business casual. Daily tasks include but are not limited to utilizing Construct Connect to identify bidding opportunities, collecting mail from remote offices, managing CEO's schedule, and running errands as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Architecture preferred Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Understand how to reach architecture plans Must be articulate Confident, self-directed, and a quick learner Detail-oriented and quality-conscious with a positive and proactive attitude Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Must be familiar with taking public transportation in the city if you don't have a vehicle
