Our team is comprised of dedicated full-time employees and part-time contractors, working together in a virtual realm. The Role You’ve Been Waiting ForIf you're ready to dive into a role that combines creativity and accountability, our Content Creator position might be your perfect fit. We are looking for individuals to assist or lead shoots in the Miami area. Our current Miami-based clients include Smorgasburg Miami and JoJo Tea. You will receive shoot plans from our Creative team and be in charge of turning those concepts into reality. We offer three tiers of this role depending on experience and availability, read on to find out more!
Services Provided by TiersWe have 3 tiers of content creator positions at Pao that each have varying responsibilities. Read below to see which tier fits you best.
Tier 1 ($20-25/hr): excels at filming and is great at being on camera. Excited to be involved in various shoots on a monthly basis.One Time: Full onboarding during month #1Occasional Team Wide Check in Calls (bonding/networking!!)Shoot Prep Meetings and Shot List ReviewContent Creation ShootsContent Uploaded to Air Within 24 hours of Any Shoot (our storage platform)Training Sessions when needed
Tier 2 ($25-30/hr): excels at filming, being on camera and also draft + edit videos too! Excited to be involved with our team on a weekly basis.One Time: Full onboarding during month #1Bi-weekly Team Wide Calls (bonding/networking/brainstorming)Shoot Prep Meetings and Shot List ReviewContent Creation ShootsOccasional Client interaction at shootsContent Uploaded to Air Within 24 hours of Any Shoot (our storage platform)Content drafting + editingContent feedback (your content will get assessed by the leadership team so you must be ready to apply suggested changes)Training Sessions when needed
Tier 3 ($30-40/hr): A leader in any content area from filming, drafting, to leading multiple content creators at a shoot. Monthly Assignments: Total proposed monthly hours will be sent by Pao and accepted by the content creator before the beginning of each month. All shoots, meetings and other services will be assigned and accepted with a date and time as well.Payment: You will be required to record all your hours in Toggl. The Pao team will use Toggl to determine the hours you’ve worked and then pay you Bi-weekly via direct deposit to your bank account. If you fail to input your hours before the pay periods (by the EOD 10th and EOD 25th), you will NOT be paid for your hours. FIRM IMPLEMENTATION.Reimbursements: You must enter in all of your monthly reimbursements in our monthly notion reimbursement page that your manager will provide to you. If you don’t enter them by the 25th of the month, you will not get reimbursed. FIRM IMPLEMENTATION.Reimbursement Qualifications: you can submit reimbursements for up to $25 per month without approval. Anything over $25 in total must be pre-approved by Pao in writing.Types of Reimbursements that qualify: Any parking/transport, tips, product, food, props, content equipment or any other shoot related costs can be reimbursed up to $25 per month without approval. Any costs totalling over $25 per month must be pre-approved by Pao in writing. No approval above $25 means no reimbursement above $25. FIRM IMPLEMENTATION.
