Position Title: Principal Recruiter (On-Site, NYC)

Job Description:As a Principal Recruiter, we are looking for you to have the balance of succeeding in a team-oriented and competitive workplace. Responsibilities:Be able to identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our corporate clients.Experience with reviewing resumes and matching them to positions.Professional carrying out phone and video interviews to qualify applicants and building client relationships.Assist with interview preparations, all communications and extending offers to applicants that meet needed qualifications.Organizational skills to record client and applicant files in the system for updating and tracking.Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals to ensure client satisfaction.Work closely with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met.Taking initiative to assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:3+ years of successful Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience is required.Bachelor’s degree in business or a related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.Proficient with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, Microsoft OfficeExperience in cold calling
