Esimtator

We are looking for a full-time Project Estimator who has previous experience in construction type project management, is organized, motivated, detailed oriented and driven. Pay is based on experience and is negotiable.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:• Perform take-offs and prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products in a timely manner.• Managing bids from vendors and contractors• Prepare cost analysis • Presenting prepared estimates to management and customer in a timely manner• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors• Promote the highest level of customer satisfaction through accurate quality work and courteous, conscientious positive attitude Knowledge, Skills, Behavioral Requirements:• Experience in construction estimating (Ideally 1+ years of experience)• Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail• Exceptional time management skills• Ability to work independently and able to travel• Strong written communication skills • Proficiency in computer applications including Office, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.
