Job Title: DEISR Coordinator

Job Summary: In this role, you will assist our DEI and Social Responsibility team in support of TPCi Global DEISR plan.

What you’ll do

Provides broad support and coordination around Social Impact initiatives, with a particular focus diversity/equity/inclusion and social responsibility efforts.Update and Manage the DEISR partner management (CM) systemSupports DEISR team in designing, deploying and evaluating survey’sReviews content, helps identify speakers, manages series logisticsCollects, analyzes and assists in the interpretation of data to help support DEISR initiativesCreates visualizations, including dashboards flowcharts, graphs to relay business messages and conceptsAssists with the preparation of presentations, timelines, collateral, reports, and other materialsManages logistics, drafts communications, manages signups, catering, drafts invites, coordinates with participants, etc. for corporate DEISR eventsWorks on special projects and initiatives as assignedManages confidential and sensitive information with high-level of discretion

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.Four (4) years of related professional experience.DEISR, Employee Culture or related field experience. Goal-driven with the ability to pro-actively take initiative. Works well with deadlines. Attention to detailEffectively working in a team oriented environment, fast paced - and changing environmentAbility to work under tight schedules, must be able to prioritizeComfortable working with ambiguity, with influence and dedication to building trust-based relationships.Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and knowledge of SharePoint.

The full range is $83,000.00 - $123,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
