Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager at The Portofino Hotel and Marina in Redondo Beach, CA. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new customers, booking of social catering events, detailed menu planning, organizing events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
