Job Description
Assistant Controller role in West Omaha. This direct hire opportunity is open due the organization wanting to hire the eventual successor for the current Corporate Controller. This is a true game changing & possibly career defining opportunity.
What Matters Most
Annual base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per yearDirect Hire opportunity with tons of upside potentialOn-site role where you will be mentored for an opportunity to be promoted to ControllerLocated in West Omaha
Your New Role
In this role you will come in and learn the entire business, made up of multiple entities, and gain total control of the accounting process while leading the month end close. You will help lead accounting staff development as the team will need to be rebuilt over the next several years due to planned retirements.
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required 4+ years of experience in a true accounting role, responsible for month end closePrefer experience working in a family owned organization
