Call Center Supervisor
Pay Rate: $18 - $20/ hour
Location: Greenway
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm *subject to change, hours may change to a later shift.
Introduction Statement
A national law firm specializing in government debt collection is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join their Toll Road Call Center team! The Supervisor's role is responsible for supervising Customer Service Representatives, ensuring compliance with the firm and clients legal and quality standards. This role plays an important role in achieving monthly collections goals and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Responsibilities
Monitor calls to ensure proper compliance with client and firm standards.Handle escalated calls.Monitor progress of collectors in meeting monthly collection goal.Supervise call center collectors and train new-hires in toll collection process, and pertinent policies and procedures.
List Qualification Or Requirements
Previous call center experience or supervisory experience in a call center setting. Ability to resolve collector and collection issues in a professional manner.Strong leadership abilities.Ability to work within a team environment.
