Case Manager
Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Location: Houston, Texas 77006
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities
Assess client eligibility, complete intake and orientation, and create individualized service plans. Assess whether a client is eligible to receive social services benefits. Ensure that services are provided in accordance with LEP policy.Advocate for clients with social service agencies.Maintain client’s file and case notes. Perform duties as assigned such as assisting with outreach and participating in: staff retreats, United Way tours, agency fairs, etc.
List Qualification Or Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.One or more years of experience in an administrative setting or within refugee populations.Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
