Financial Specialist
Pay Rate: $18 an hour
Location: Houston, TX 77002
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities
Enter client information and financial expenses in database.Collect and submit reimbursement requests.Review expense summary report and ensure all funds are spent on each client.Help prepare for internal audit.Assist in the monthly reconciliation process.Submit client assistance checks to finance department on a weekly basis.Respond to finance department requests for missing or reconciliation items on a daily basis.Communicate with local family relatives for incoming arrivals on pre-arrival arrangements.
List Qualification Or Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.Must have six months related experience.Proficient computer skills including word processing and Microsoft Office.Must have an automobile, valid driver’s license, and automobile liability insurance.Fluency in one of the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, Nepali, Kiswahili, Urdu, and Burmese.
