Due to growth, GLOCK is currently searching for motivated, mechanically inclined Human Resources Assistant to fill their open positions in their Smyrna, GA location. What will you be doing?
Review, verify and prepare temporary agency invoices weekly. Coordinate and conduct random drug and alcohol screenings for GLOCK Personnel and temporary workers, as needed. On a daily or as needed basis, uses discretion and independent judgment in utilizing a company credit card to make.purchases for the department Participate in administrative staff meetings. Process & Maintain Temporary Worker Timecards.
What is required?
High School Diploma, or equivalent experience1-3 years of related experience.Strong organizational skills.Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
