Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking to add a multi-faceted Senior Graphic Designer who is ecstatic to dive into the world of brand building + modern marketing with The Sampson House team. Within this full-time position, your responsibilities will heavily focus on designing for various marketing efforts such as websites, advertisements, brand building, campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials. You'll use your creativity and expertise to develop designs for our clients that communicate a message or convey a brand's identity. This position will work collaboratively with our full team and receive direction from our Art and Creative Directors. This position is perfect for an artist who loves a variety of mediums.Duties Include but Are Not Limited To -Lead the design process for various projects, including print and digital materials (i.e. Banners, Digital Ads, Website Graphics, Brochures, Presentations, etc.), from concept development to final execution.Must work smoothly in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Video + animation experience is a bonus — Knowledge in Adobe AfterEffects, Animate, Premier Pro, and Final Cut Pro.Collaborate with the team to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Develop and maintain brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and technology.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.Work closely with external vendors, printers, and other partners to ensure quality and timely materials delivery.Qualities & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and conceptsStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading and mentoring junior designers How to Apply –Please submit your cover letter and resume to careers@thesampsonhouse.com
