Job Title: Senior Delivery Lead (Technical Program Manager)Start Date: 5/7 or 5/14Interview Process: 1-2 Interviews over MS TEAMSJob Duration: 12+ MonthsPay Rate: $70 - $75/hour W2 w/benefits (no flexibility for more)

Reason for need: Multiple workstreams to oversee for data integration projects

Project Details:4 different workstreams to oversee for the integration of the 2 companies.Data and Tools Delivery, Major Initiative, Each workstream is an individual project.

Projects include:Integrating originations data from legacy SVB into FCB. Data is in source systems or in Enterprise Data Warehouse, what do we need to do to get it into this landing zone for FCB, what type of data manipulation needs to happen, do we have the teams to do it? Need to get this loaded into Data Hubs on FCB side, pulling it through. Need to follow data governance rules, data quality rules, understand how it integrates with master data management, etc.Loans Daily Data. Have to figure out what loans data they need in the different source systems and the data warehouse on the legacy SVB side, get that into FCB to produce the daily data for used for business decisions.Standing up a consumption zone for general bank.

Must Have Skills:Experience as a technical program manager within a financial institution, with previous oversight of technical implementations.Experience managing enterprise data projects (Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Governance, Data Ingestion, Data Integration, etc.). We are looking for people who have experience working with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Stewards, etc.We often times needs people who understand regulatory data needs as a large financial institution.Advanced knowledge of SDLC.Knowledge of end to end delivery lifecycle from system or data design to implementation

To Look For:Delivery Execution: Owns complete delivery lifecycle (initiation to completion). Accountable for scope, roadmaps, and impediment management. Manages and governs the development and execution of assigned technology and enterprise projects / programs. Responsible for executing, overseeing, and communicating the delivery of these programs, driving results to achieve business outcomes. Leads cross functional development from design to delivery. Strategizes, schedules, and aligns resources essential for executing large initiatives and programs ensuring delivery of key business outcomes. Monitors progress and performance of initiatives and programs. Examines outcomes to identify potential issues, risks, and areas of improvement. Communicates recommendations to relevant stakeholders through reports and other documentation.Project Planning – Defining Project Scope, Deliverables, Objectives and come up with project scheduleProject Execution - Ensure Completion of Deliverables per schedule adhering to defined SDLC process.Stakeholder Communication – Ensure clear communication between Team, Product Owner and relevant stake holders.Risk Management - Identification of Risks, issues and mitigation plans. Removal of impediments in a timely mannerProject Reporting – Monitor and report Project progress, provide timely feedback. Publish Weekly and Monthly status reports.SOME ELEMENTS: Delivery Operations, Process Compliance Standards: Evaluates opportunities to streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, addressing bottlenecks in the end-to-end flow. Implements best practices to drive efficiency and improve time to production. Partners with enterprise PMO as needed to ensure all projects meet quality standards and compliance including SDLC, Project Management Lifecycle, Agile Standards, etc. Drives standardization of delivery practices in alignment to enterprise standards and controls. Drives best practices, governance, compliance, and standard across delivery organization.

Day to day responsibilities:Strategic Delivery Oversight – Collaborates with technology leaders, enterprise PMOs, and product management to align strategic objectives and roadmaps to assigned workstreams within the assigned project. Facilitates quarterly and annual planning focused on delivery business value as outlined in objects and roadmaps.
