Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoodConsistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipelineProvide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this jobOrganized and manages time effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation and networking skillsSelf-motivation and driveWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies A successful and proven sales history is preferred
