Position Overview: We are seeking a needle-in-a-haystack: a seasoned B2B Digital Advertising Sales Professional ready to break free from the constraints of corporate America. This role is for a financially secure person willing to invest their proven expertise, industry contacts and relationships and energy into a partnership that offers not just compensation, but an Executive Level ownership stake in our growing corporation.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and close digital advertising sales.Leverage existing connections to facilitate sales opportunities, ensuring our diverse membership demographic is matched with suitable advertisers.Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the unique advantages of our platform to potential clients across various industries.Oversee and possibly manage outsourced sales agencies as part of our growth strategy.Bring Proven Strategies, or just Big Ideas and help us Grow Globally!
Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years in B2B Advertising and/or Digital Advertising or related fields (Website, Digital Magazine, Digital Media Advertising, Radio/Television) on a semi or annual contractual basis.Demonstrable track record of finding and closing substantial advertising sales products and contracts.Proficiency in managing outsourced sales agencies and driving sales strategies.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients and team members alike.
What We Offer
Financial Reward: A minimum 30% monthly commission of all personally collected gross revenue from new and existing written business, with projections in excess of $120K compounding residual compensation annually, detailed in our comprehensive financial plan.
Equity Participation: Stock ownership opportunities in exchange for successful fulfillment of sales projection numbers. The pre-funded valuation of The Sophisticated Biker Inc amount yields an enterprise value (EV) of approximately $139M.
