The Business Systems Analyst plays a vital role in supporting customers through technology. This person drives solutions and performs data-driven root cause analysis for continuous improvement efforts. The primary focus is collaborating with business and IT to implement system solutions to achieve goals, investigate new uses of existing data, and achieve competitive advantage.

Our Business Systems Analyst will act in a very supportive role to those in heavy IT delivery teams (engineers, scrum masters, analysts) through the use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Targetprocess. Support could include: the provisioning of users, trouble-shooting when issues arise, setting up new projects, or updating workflows. Tasks and projects could be small or large, varying in complexity.

In this role, you must be eager to learn and curious, as you dig into complex problems. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, willing to take on new projects, make improvements, and grow in their role over time. Active listening skills and a willingness to collaborate between IT and the business is a must.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree is required.Two to six years progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, commercial mortgage lending, project management or business analysis, or the equivalent combination of education / relevant experience is required.Moderate/Advanced proficiency in two or more of the following: Jira, Confluence, TargetprocessPreferred experience with: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Principals and Practices, Lean methodology, Agile methodology, Microsoft Excel, database querying applications such as SQL Server and TOAD, VBA, GIS, XML and HTML.Listens attentively, proactively shares information, and seeks opportunities to strengthen relationships through collaboration.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range

$72,750.00 - $123,250.00
