Title: UI/Designer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time, 10-15 hours per week, with potential to increase hours based on project needs
Compensation: $20-$30/hour, depending on experience
Overview:The Studio RSG is looking for a talented and creative UI/Designer to own the design of email campaigns and support various digital and branding projects. This role requires a keen eye for design and the ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visual designs that engage and convert.
Responsibilities:Design and develop email templates based on strategic narratives and initiatives using Figma.Work closely with the Creative Director for review and approval before presenting to clients.Implement final designs into the email marketing platform Braze.Adhere to established design and project management systems, maintaining consistency and quality.Assist in other design projects, including social media graphics, presentation decks, logo designs, and brand campaigns.
Qualifications:Experience in UI/UX design, particularly in email marketing.Proficient in Figma and familiar with email marketing platforms like Braze.Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean design aesthetic and a track record of translating user and business needs into creative and effective design solutions.Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
