POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices by the Accounts Payable team, while ensuring compliance with The Travel Corporation's policies and internal control framework. Responsibilities will also include the management of a global team of between 5-8 individuals. Recruiting, coaching, and leadership by example are key elements of this position.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices by the Global Accounts Payable team.Conduct weekly payment runs for multiple brands.Investigate and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Collect W-9s and assist in year-end 1099 processing.Help lead and train the Global Accounts Payable team

CompetenciesKnowledge of Oracle Finance and Microsoft Office preferred.Knowledge of Zendesk or other ticketing-type platforms is preferred.

ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.Minimum 3 years of AP experience required.1 year of leadership experience is required.
