THE SCHEDULE
This typical schedule is Monday through Friday and potentially weekend hours.
YOUR ROLE
As a Behavior Technician, you get thorough training and strong support from our team. Your schedule fits around our clients' needs, with daytime and after-school options available. Each day you help kids learn at home, one-on-one. You work on building their skills with guidance from our expert behavior analyst. In this BT position, you have all the tools you need to do a great job. From materials to help with learning, to techniques for behavior improvement, you stay committed to keeping our services top-notch.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalentExperience working with children ages 0-18 in a classroom OR a 1:1 settingExperience implementing the principles of applied behavior analysisEducational, speech, or allied health services experienceAbility to lift 50 poundsReliable transportationA willingness and ability to travel between different job sitesQualified and eager to conduct sessions in-home and/or school-based settings
Preferred Qualifications
RBT certification40-hour ABA course certifiedTricare certified1+ years of experience in ABA, a childcare setting, teaching, special needs, and or other professional experience with children and/or children with disabilities1+ years of experience as a paraprofessionalBachelor's in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field
