Position Summary

The Regional Engagement Assistant for the north shore properties will be an integral part of the regional engagement team. This role will serve to support the senior regional engagement manager to develop, market and execute regional programming. The job will work across all our North Shore properties including Long Hill, Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens, Appleton Farms and Crane Estate.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Essential Functions

In This Role You Will

Assist with the input of programs in to Kiosk & other administrative duties as needed Provide communication to ticketholders around programs (pre-visit details, cancellation e-mails, reminders) Assist with event set-up Stand in as manager on duty when needed Capture & create content for social media channels Market events through socials, flyers, on-line media

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience working on or coordinating a wide range of events preferred. Must enjoy working with diverse groups of people and have excellent people skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as work cooperatively in groups. Ability to be flexible with hours. Nights and weekends will be required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Strong attention to detail.

Other Requirements

Willing to learn new skills in order to meet the broad range of tasks. A valid drivers license, as well as a satisfactory driving record as outlined in The Trustees driving policy. A satisfactory criminal background check (CORI).
