Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Internal Recruitment Manager. The Senior International Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for international recruitment, consulting, recruiting, and interviewing. They will also be involved in graduate recruitment.Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various regions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise effective recruitment plans.Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and strategic partners worldwide.Ensure compliance with international recruitment laws and regulations.

QualificationsGraduate Recruitment and Consulting skillsExperience in interviewing and communicationRecruiting skills with the ability to identify qualified candidatesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsExperience in the sales industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fieldBusiness Development, on boarding new clientsGetting a branch up and running in New York.
