Director Human Resources Operations

The Woodmansee Group is a Retained Executive Search Firm representing a midsize healthcare services company. They are seeking a Director, HR Operations. The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose issues and influence outcomes, potentially developing innovative solutions that fit the Company’s culture. The candidate in this role must be able to interface effectively with associates at all levels of the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, planning/project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a complex, highly regulated environment.

This position will report directly to the CHRO and will be expected to partner with the operational RVPs and the field HR Directors to provide HR generalist expertise. This role will execute people initiatives and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.

The position is located in Anderson, SC.

Qualifications:•Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or business-related field.•8+ years of experience as an HR generalist

Preferred Qualifications:•Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/ Organizational Psychologyand/or MBA•Experience in HR leadership roles with broad knowledge of human resource management in healthcare or retail•Professional accreditations (SHRM-CP, SCP)
