Title – Messaging DNS engineerRate- $50/hr on W2 or $60/hr on C2CLocation: Remote – EST zoneLook for strong Messaging and DNS experienceJob Description:5+ years experience managing an enterprise Exchange environment.5+ years experience managing external DNS and Microsoft DNS in an enterprise.
Requirements: ⦁ Ability and willingness to work in a 24*7*365 environment ⦁ Excellent communication skills⦁ Ability to lead when required and provide guidance on project engagements⦁ Enterprise Exchange system engineering experience (Exchange 2019 / Exchange Online)⦁ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills⦁ Scripting experience: Powershell, Python, RESTful API⦁ Experience using a helpdesk or IT incident management software (Service Now)⦁ Excellent knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory⦁ Customer focused on timely issue resolution in a team oriented environment⦁ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team⦁ Strong critical thinking / problem-solving, and the ability to debug complex-cross systems problems, and document root cause including remediation.⦁ Experience in change and incident management ⦁ Experience with testing and deployment of automation tools⦁ General knowledge of software development practices⦁ Understanding of IP networking and network architecture⦁ Experience in Microsoft Active Directory DNS and Sites and Services⦁ Experience managing cloud based DNS: Cloudflare and Route 53⦁ Scripting and automation based on Cloudflare API⦁ Knowledge of HTTP, TLS, and CDN standards and technology⦁ Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of products and links to Exchange Online⦁ Working knowledge of MDM solutions (Intune)
