📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Software Engineer to join our team! The successful candidate will be focused on designing, developing, and implementing Generative AI solutions using our internal platform, Gene.AI.
Responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processes or to improve existing systems. Provides technical knowledge, system design techniques, methodologies, tools, and standards used in the IT and business environment. Responsible for obtaining support of the design and for building, testing, and delivering the system solution in a timely manner.
How will you make an impact?
Implements or modifies procedures and/or processes to solve business issues considering alternatives and limitations, environment, and desired results.Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions and integrate them with Enterprise software.Contribute to the architectural decisions for AI programs and provide innovative solutions to sophisticated problems.Conduct research and development of AI technology and stay up to date with the latest trends in the AI field.Stays abreast of current and industry trends in new and emerging technology and adapts them to the workplace.Test and validate AI models and solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.Works on projects that may involve interfaces across diverse hardware platforms, with multiple programming languages, development tools or data access tools.Assist in the documentation of AI projects, including the development process, architecture, and algorithms used.Shares knowledge with colleagues to cross-pollinate ideation.
How will you get here?
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred
Experience
2+ Years of experience in software development, information systems, or related field.Previous experience with AI or generative AI applications.Fundamental knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Minimal travel may be required for training or team collaboration purposes.An eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with AI trends and technologies.
