One of the most highly regarded and successful commercial brokerage firms in Southeast Michigan is seeking a Real Estate Professional to join its Wayne County team. The Wayne County Team, led by two agents with over 45 years of real estate experience, is structured around a common objective of striving for excellence in every aspect of commercial real estate.
Business at the Thomas Duke Company is surging, and we need an enterprising individual to help us continue our market expansion in Wayne County. This position offers the incoming associate a rich opportunity to be a part of a growing team established in many of Wayne County’s communities.
Specific responsibilities will vary based on experience, but will likely include:developing relationships with investors and property owners to help them achieve their commercial real estate goalshandling transactions and negotiations associated with sale and lease dealingsacquiring prospects for the Wayne County team's 100+ exclusive listingscreating proposals and Broker Opinions of Value for new prospectsproviding financial information and analytical data to buyers and sellersupdating and maintaining an accurate databaseresearching and analyzing market activity and trends
To excel at this opportunity, the candidate must be a person of integrity and sound judgment, someone driven to solve problems creatively and in cooperation with others. He or she should possess excellent communication and networking abilities, be self-motivated, and enjoy working with people.
Real estate experience; residential or commercial, is preferred, but not required.
