As we expand our Operations in India, we are currently seeking an experienced Lead SRE to join our Shared Capabilities Reliability and Operation team. Specifically, we are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, highly skilled in latest Cloud technologies, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team in multiple locations
About The Role
In this opportunity, you will:
Promote site reliability engineering and DevOps best practices. Ensure that non-functional requirements are fed into the backlog to cover requirements for: high availability, scalability, secured, performance, self-healing and observabilityImplement non functional requirements to ensure system availability, scalability, performance, monitoring, alerting and efficient incident troubleshootingBuild and maintain monitoring for all aspects of infrastructure, micro-services and the platform and implement Alerting mechanism using cloud native solutionsProvide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed platformsAct as the go to person for any production issue, troubleshoot and escalate as needed and monitor until successful resolution. Communicate status with the team and stakeholders.Participate in on-call/shift rotations (L2). When on-call, you are expected to drive the troubleshooting and mitigation activities while working on incidentProvide Technical leadership to the local SREs team, and guide them as needed and collaborate extensively with the parallel scrum teams, product owner and architects.Drive automation (to reduce toil), continuous improvements and post mortemMaintain end-to-end security ensuring that we meet best practices standardsKeep up-to-date with emerging cloud technology trends, especially around DevOps, Service Reliability and Security.Adopt pan-TR operation principles to ensure consistency and efficiency
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Lead SRE, if you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred - a must
Minimum of 8 years experience as DevOps engineer and/or Site Reliability engineering with hands on experience in cloud technologiesHighly skilled in Unix/Linux and knowledge (exposure to RHEL)Proven experience in building and operating cloud native infrastructure, applications and services on AWSMust have experience in automation for CI/CD (either TerraForm /Git /Jenkins / CloudFormation …)Experience or knowledge of Container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes and Istio service meshExperience or knowledge of AWS services, such as Cloud Front, Threat detection and other security controlsExperience or knowledge of Distributed logging: DataDog, ELK, SumoLogic, CloudWatchTeam player with a can do attitude

Drive Results: Identifies the best channel for engagement with customers, defaulting to virtual for the majority of deals where value is insufficient to warrant travel; Support in developing and executing territory growth strategiesClosing: Prospect new customers, validate their needs, shape product plans and support other Sales Executives with setting up demosRelationship Management: Focus on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals; obtain feedback from attorneys within our client firms on product usage to ensure customer satisfactionProduct Proposition: Possess core knowledge across products within the sub-segment and engage Solutions Consultants where deep product expertise is required to drive to closeReporting: Utilize an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals; KPI's include: Number of appointments set, total revenue of deals closed from appointments set, minimize lead to response time, and tracking qualifying data in Salesforce to properly score leadsClient & Market Intelligence: Understand specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the sub-segment and territory
About You
You’re a fit for the Associate Sales Executive if your background includes:
Minimum 2 years successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment4-year college degree or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniquesAmbitious self-starter with high energy and motivationExcellent communication skills and closing skillsEffective time management skillsProficiency in MS Office/InternetWorking knowledge of Salesforce is desired; ability to utilize High Velocity Sales would be incredibly helpfulKnowledge and background in the legal profession is helpful but not requiredHigh level of competency with regard to internet, periodical and internal prospectingProficient database management skills

The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $81,300 - $150,900. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $73,900 - $137,200. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
